This is a powerful, 90-day therapy intensive designed for working moms stuck in the cycle of chronic overwhelm, guilt, and emotional exhaustion.
You’ll meet with a therapist twice a week to process your emotions, reset your nervous system, and finally build routines and boundaries that make space for you.
Through evidence-based therapy and holistic wellness strategies, we’ll create a plan that actually fits your real life—not a fantasy version of it.
