These shows are my go-to recommendations for anyone new to exploring their sexuality, whether you love talking about sex or you love learning about sex. If you have been living a pretty vanilla, cookies n’ cream, or moo-llennium crunch life, you can always expand your sexual horizons, these are a great place to start.

If you love hoe shit, this. is. your.
podcast. Mandii and Weezy are the funniest and raunchiest Floridians you’ll ever hear. They have the most unexpected guests, that talk about every corner of sex, dating, and kink. The special thing about this show is the way they try to bring kink to the black community. They bring well-known people in the entertainment industry and the sex industry on the show to help normalize kinky stuff. Black folks are kinky too!
Now listen, Sex Education is severely lacking in this country. But don’t worry, Queen Vanessa is here to save us all! She teaches good sex and healthy sex. She even has good rants depending on what’s going on in pop culture and the black community. And I have to say, her IG is hilarious and informative as well.
This is your classic sex and relationship podcast with a sexologist, or “sexpert,” if you will. What I like about Emily is her ability to give accessible advice in real-time. What I mean is, she takes calls on the show and has some great tangible, actionable advice that anyone could implement immediately.
This is a fun one. Sexpert, check. Real-time call-in advice, check. What I like about this show is the perspective of a gay married man without a lot of political opinions. His ‘aesthetic’ is LGBT, monogamy, religion, and politics….you really just have to listen to see how all those topics levels are incorporated into sex, all of things.
If you love to learn, this is your podcast. Dr. Nazanin says “Sexology Podcast untangles the science of sex and pleasure” and it REALLY DOES. I tend to listen to random episodes, not in chronological order, and each episode I’m a shocked emoji. You can literally learn anything you want to know about sex from her and that is my favorite thing about it. It’s like a little sex search engine!
